Fellowships usually select on trajectory rather than on achievement so far. They are asking where you are going. An application that only lists what you have done does not answer that.

If there is a written task, treat it as the whole application. It is the only part where they see you think, and it is where most people are cut.

Check whether they want the application in a particular format before you build it in another. Some will reject on format alone, and it is the least interesting way to lose.
