How do you handle burnout when the work never stops?
Asking honestly. Third year of clinical placements and I am not sure I am coping.

Tell somebody in person this week. Not the internet, though asking here is a reasonable start. A supervisor, a friend, anyone who can see your face.
Nine years in and I still have to be reminded that rest is part of the work rather than a reward for finishing it.
The people who last in this sector are not the ones who work hardest. They are the ones who stopped early enough.
