How do you convince parents to let girls finish school?
In my area the issue is not fees. It is that families need the labour at home and see school as a cost with no return.

What worked near us was showing them somebody local who finished and now earns. Abstract arguments about the future lost every time. One real person changed more minds than a year of meetings.
Also ask what time school is. We moved a programme two hours later and attendance doubled, because the morning chores were the real conflict.

Nobody has ever suggested changing our times. We assumed the school day was fixed.
