Is it worth doing a masters if I want to stay teaching?

It costs two years of savings. I am not sure it changes anything about my classroom.

Be honest about what you want from it. If it is the classroom, probably not. If it is moving into curriculum or policy later, yes, because those doors are often closed without it.

Also look for fully funded ones before you decide. Paying two years of savings and winning a scholarship are very different decisions.
