Ask your registrar for documents early. Mine took five weeks and I nearly missed a deadline over a piece of paper.

Look at what the scholarship is for, not just what it pays. A fund set up for a particular field or region will read your application against that purpose, and a strong applicant who does not fit it still loses.

Apply even if you think you are underqualified. The people deciding are looking for fit, not for a perfect score, and the applicant who did not apply is the only one guaranteed not to get it.

Shamp

Shamp is where people who care about the same things find each other. Ask questions, share opportunities, start projects, and help the person who is one step behind you.

No opportunity here should ever charge you to apply, and nobody should ask you to send them money personally. If we charge for something of our own, it is on a page with our name on it. Anything else is a scam - report it.
