Not asking about the hype. Asking what people genuinely use day to day, and what broke.

Translation, constantly. Our intake forms come in four languages. It gets Arabic dialects wrong in ways that matter, so a person still checks everything, but it turns three hours into twenty minutes.
Summarising long funder reports. I do not trust it with numbers at all. It is fine at telling me which forty pages to read properly.

The numbers point is important. I have seen it confidently invent a figure that was not in the document.
Transcription of interviews. Ninety hours of footage would have taken months otherwise. Names and places still need fixing every time.
