Financial Benefits

- Nationality: Be a national of a GCF developing country or a contributing country. Preference is often given to candidates from developing countries.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language is an asset.
- Age: Typically, applicants should be under 32 years of age at the time of application.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment: A strong interest in climate change and sustainable development.
