JPMorgan Chase Advancing Black Pathways & Advancing Hispanics and Latinos Fellowship Programs 2026

by | Dec 12, 2025

JPMorgan Chase offers distinct fellowship programs aimed at providing early-career exposure and opportunities to students from underrepresented backgrounds. These programs are designed for sophomore students interested in exploring the financial services industry. The two primary initiatives are the Advancing Black Pathways Fellowship Program and the Advancing Hispanics and Latinos Fellowship Program.

These six-week, paid fellowships offer hands-on experience, mentorship, and a deep dive into the firm’s various business areas, including Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, and the Corporate & Investment Bank. The program serves as a pipeline for future internship and full-time opportunities at the firm.
