The awards recognize projects that demonstrate innovation, impact, and the potential for scaling up, particularly in the areas of greening, digitalization, and inclusion.

Winning institutions receive significant global recognition for their work. The benefits include:

Thematic Areas
The awards focus on initiatives that drive positive change in one of the following three key areas:
- Greening TVET: Projects that equip learners with the skills needed for a green transition and promote sustainable practices within the TVET sector.
- Digitalization in TVET: Initiatives that leverage digital technologies to improve access to and the quality of training, preparing learners for a digitalized economy and society.
- Inclusion in TVET: Programmes that ensure equitable access to quality training for all, particularly for women, learners with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant Type: The awards are open to institutions and organizations providing technical and vocational education and training. Individuals are not eligible to apply.
- Project Status: The submitted initiative must be ongoing and have been running for at least one year.
- Impact: The project must demonstrate evidence of positive impact and innovation in one of the three thematic areas.
