- Academic Status: Applicants must be enrolled in a four-year accredited institution in the U.S. and have a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 (typically current sophomores).
- Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
